“Hey I’m Richard! After starting my career as a PCA in Aged Care, I’ve always been drawn to providing support and care to others. After a brief stint in construction, I decided to follow my passion and begin a career in the Disability field. I aim to provide an inclusive environment and empower people to be the best they can be. A little about me, I’m a massive Manchester United fan (yes, the type of fan that gets up at 3am to watch a game!) In my spare time I coach a mens soccer team here in Geelong, enjoy going fishing and spending time with friends. I love to keep active and I’m always interested in trying something new!”
